LAMA is a nonprofit national
trade association dedicated to the goal of advancing opportuni-ties for
the Hispanic and minority community in today’s competitive business environment.
It seeks to promote the interests of Hispanic and other minority-owned
business firms through marketing and procurement information, educa-tion
and training activities, publications, advoca-cy initiatives, outreach
programs and electronic bulletin board services. LAMA’s near 500 corpo-rate
members cover the entire business spec-trum from manufacturing and high
tech firms to service and construction. Membership dues range from $100/year
to $1500/year.
